Insurance Industry with a small and friendly office located in Novi.

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing the office to include customer service and answering phones, data entry, filing and updating information to include creating spreadsheets, etc.
  • Documenting information into Excel spread sheets
  • Enrolling new Clients
  • Following up with customers to ensure accurate information, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity to have support to obtain licensing to quote new business. Excellent compensation plan!!


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of office assistance experience
  • experience in Insurance industry preferred but not required.
  • Interest in obtaining insurance licensing preferred but not required.
